Dr. Kehinde Omotayo obtained two(2) Master Degrees in Public Administration (MPA) and Human Resources Management (HRM) from Rutgers State University. New Jersey, USA and Metropolitan School of Business Management, United kingdom respectively. He is also a Member of the International facility management association (IFMA) Nigeria and Houston Texas, USA. At the Novelty center, Accra Ghana in the year 2014, his company received The African Development Award of Excellence as the best Performing Facilities Management company of the year. Inside Business Africa (IBA) in 2014 presented to him the Corporate Service Award of Excellence (Real Estate Category) at West Town Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos. Other awards are, Professional service award of excellence (18th Edition of the CEO Forum Award 2014 at Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja); Best Quality Real Estate Investment and Management Company of the year (Global Quality Excellence Award 2015 at the NICON Luxury Hotel, Abuja)

Mr. Seyi Owolabi is an associate member of institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria. He obtained a bachelors degree in accountancy from the prestigious University of Lagos. He has over 10 years working experience in Project finance and management. He has consulted for major players in real estate industry.

Lanre Oloye Esq.

Company Secretary

Mr. Oloye rose to become the Head of Chambers in 1995 and as Head of Chambers at A.A. Adetiloye & Co. He developed himself by attending several courses in Real Estate Negotiation, Documentation, Perfection and Litigation and by continually working in the field of real estate. He has consulted either directly or indirectly for all major players in the real estate industry in Lagos from the medium income real estate developers to the high end property developers. While specializing in sourcing, negotiation, preparation, perfection and litigation on all aspects of real estate, he has several years of experience in other areas of law like company law, commercial law, business law, maritime law and general practice.
